What an amazing salesman, bought a car last week.Tam made the whole process really easy and hassle free.He is very approachable and very knowledgeable, our first purchased from Tam, he is always a pleasure to deal with. Got a free full tank petrol too. Thank you Tam, for your excellent customer service! Bonus to me, had a shake hand and chat with the big boss (John Hughes).The dealership at Vic Park is pleasant and easy to deal with, I highly recommend giving them a go.

Brought a DJI AIR 2s from here online, all I can say is buyer beware. This product when I received, was still linked to previous owner. This means it's a brick, you can't fly it, nothing. Contacted Dji they said previous owner could report it stolen if he so desired, and again it would stay a brick, a bookend. Ask the store to ring previous owner to deactivate his account, they said don't have details or wouldn't ring him. It took 10 days to get here, they want me to send back,they said they would send label, didn't happen, ask for a refund, won't unless it's back in their shop, won't do it when I send it with tracking, even the fact, it's still previous customer drone, I have to wait another 10 days, I was ripped off, this should of been checked at time cash converters took procession of it, contacted Cash converters HO in Perth got yelled at by customer service. Won't refund till in their hands. They advertised it as as fly more package, it came also without battery hub. This sale was doomed from the start. Have got PayPal involved now. Lesson to be learned is people pay that extra bit of money to get new,it's not worth the heartache, you think your doing the right thing, pay alot of money, then find out, it's rubbish. The saying buyer beware applies here. If cash converters wanted to help out here and make me happy, after me sending item with tracking was done, a refund should of been done, after all who wants a brick. Think twice when you buy online , from cash converters, you don't want to go thru this.

Helpful staff good variety of stock but only if that is what you are looking for otherwise they may not have what you want.

A small store with a standard assortment of low to high prices. I did find a nicely prices solid multi tool which at the price made it competitive enough for me to purchase.There was a decent amount of other well priced items alongside ones of higher prices

The people are just great to work with. So easy to get a car through them. They found my car for me. I didn't have to do a thing, only sign and read the paper work. Thank you for the great experience.

A place of greed and sadness. An annual interest rate of over 400% the greedy taking advantage of the needy. I watched a youngish man obviously on hammer pawn his girls jewellery with her blessing. Next up an alcoholic. I noticed cashies shares a common thread with Pawn Stars and Gold and Silver Pawn, obesity. They eat well on their greedy wealth and the pain of the needy.

Nichole's customer service before, during and after the purchase of our new car was impeccable. She was emailing us on Sundays, whilst she was sick & after normal business hours to get our loan approval through. She went above and beyond and really worked with us to find a payment plan that worked with us, sticking to our budget and helping us finance our dream family car.
